Applications are now closed for the class entering STEM Marin in Fall of 2013. We're thrilled with the quality of applicants and are excited to be welcoming 60 outstanding 9th graders to STEM Marin this Fall. If you missed the Student/Parent Introduction meetings, the students played community-building games with Mr. Williams and Ms. Laabs and came up with some proposals for logos and mottoes for the program while the parents had an informational meeting with Mr. Littlefield. Welcome to San Marin STEM
Thanks for your interest in San Marin High School's STEM program (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math). The San Marin STEM program will be welcoming 60 incoming 9th graders in the Fall of 2013. If you're currently in 8th grade and have an interest in pursuing science, math, engineering, or technology in high school and after, we encourage you to apply.
San Marin STEM is located on the San Marin High School campus in Novato, CA. San Marin STEM students are enrolled in San Marin High School. This gives students the benefits of a STEM education and the belonging that comes with being in a small program while still allowing students the benefits of attending a comprehensive high school and participating in all of the programs San Marin offers (Sports, Arts, Clubs, AP Classes, etc.).
We had hugely successful informational nights for prospective students and parents in early December. Between the two nights, we had an estimated attendance of around 300 people. Thanks for coming out and being interested!
